7-Day Window: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided that you have consumed fewer than 10 credits from your plan.
Usage Threshold: If your credit usage exceeds 10 credits, the subscription is considered "used," and no refund will be issued for the current billing cycle.
Renewal: Renewal charges are non-refundable. We recommend canceling your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

3. Credit Packs

All "Extra Credit Pack" purchases are final and non-refundable. These credits do not expire and remain available in your account as long as it is active.
